I had been contacted by a sleep expert from all the way in Germany ! How cool is that; I say – VERY! Having a good sleep is really not something to be taken for granted, and it is admirable that experts and engineers are completely devoted to the facets of sleep as a means to achieve better quality of life and improved levels of health.

When I had posted my initial blog about getting better sleep I admittedly was a bit proud, because I empathize with anyone struggling in this department. Once you check that out, I truly think it holds something for everyone, especially for any people I ever chatted with about disrupted or poor quality of sleep. Seriously, if you don’t sleep well, you feel like garbage. You are less productive – you owe it to yourself.
